Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization form.

  Package the Item

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all Jugnu Lahore tags and original packaging intact.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Send the package back to our Lahore fulfillment center using a traceable courier service and provide us with the tracking number.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the item, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit/refund within 5-7 business days.
